What actually carries over depends on the platform you are leaving. A DJ Event Planner migration has been proven end to end, everything included. From HoneyBook, clients, projects and financials come across cleanly, but their contract export is a single block of text rather than line-level detail, so add-ons and package composition arrive as a document. For anything else, I look at your export first and tell you what I can and cannot bring before you pay.
The migration fee covers work already done, so it sits outside the 30-day money-back guarantee. Your subscription does not.

What payment methods do you accept?

How does Standard plan user scaling work?
Standard includes 3 users at $49/month. Need more? Add additional users at $5/month each, up to $99/month total. At that point, upgrade to Unlimited for unlimited users at the same $99/month price.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Save ~17% when you pay annually. For example, Standard is $490/year instead of $588/year.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If it is not right within your first 30 days of paying, I refund your subscription fee. The one thing that is not refundable is the migration fee, because that covers work already done, and I tell you that before you pay it. The 30-day trial comes first and needs no card, so most people know well before any money changes hands.
When should I choose Unlimited over Standard?
Choose Unlimited if you have a larger team. At four or more users it costs less than adding seats to Standard, and it includes a custom domain and the full permission set.
